Remove closet with drop soffit between dining room and living room.
Relocate 20 amp receptacle, door bell and thermostat. Remove
wiring and outlets for speaker system. Close up dog door to patio, Patch
bad seams in bath, skim entire bath over heavy knockdown texture and
spray light orange peel. Remove fan and light, install 10 recessed
lights in den area and spray texture light orange peel. Replace 50 amp
220 line with 20 amp service for new gas stove.
Total cost of my services and materials were about $3200. HVAC and paint
contractors were hired to move return air duct and paint entire house.
